Order Placement Policy: Once your order is placed it’s sent to fulfillment and we are unable to process a cancellation. If you’d like to make changes, we will send notification to fulfillment, but we are unable to make any guarantees of style, size or color changes. Due to security reasons, we are also unable to change an address on an already placed order.
Shipping Policy: All orders will be processed and shipped as soon as possible, most orders will ship the following business day, but always within 3-5 business days. During collection launches and sales, more processing time may be needed on top of the 3-5 days. If you need your order sooner, please select the expedited shipping option at checkout. Currently all retail orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, USPS First Class Mail. Orders may ship in 1 or 2 shipments when Free Shipping is applied. We reserve the right to choose shipping carrier for any Free Shipping promotions. Free shipping promotions cannot be applied to expedited or overnight services.
Expedited Shipping - Expedited orders will ship within 24 business hours via USPS Priority Mail. Transit time is 1-3 days and includes insurance via USPS. Please note that free shipping discount promotions are not applicable. If you place an order on Saturday or Sunday it will ship on Monday unless it falls on a holiday then it will ship out the next day. Wholesale accounts are exempt from this service.
Incorrect Shipping Information - If a package is returned to TTM Lifestyle due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the items will be restocked and the customer will be refunded, minus any shipping fees incurred. TTM Lifestyle is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages - TTM Lifestyle is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, TTM will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
30 Day Return Policy - All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of order date. All returned items must be in new, unused, and unwashed condition. All returns must be sent with delivery confirmation and/or tracking information. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit. Please include a copy of your order receipt including name and order number so that we may quickly process your return. When your items are received and verified to be in new condition, we will issue a refund or store credit for the amount paid for the merchandise returned. Shipping fees will not be credited. If you send your package outside of the 30 day window, we reserve the right to reject your return. Items purchased at a price discount of 40% off or more of the original price through any promotion or combination of promotions, including but not limited to sales and coupons, are not eligible for refund, but a store credit only. All Clearance and last call items are final sale and not eligible for return. In the event that you order an item and it comes defective, please e-mail us with your return request. You may receive a replacement item or a store credit if replacement item is not available. Proof of damage/defect may be required to process request. Please allow up to 2 weeks for returns to be received and processed.
